1. Who we are

Craft Simulation ("we", "us") is a crafting planner for Path of Exile 2, run by Vinh Nguyen, Vietnam. You can reach us at support@craftsimulation.com.

2. The service

Craft Simulation lets you draw a crafting plan as a diagram and calculates the odds of each step. A paid plan (Pro) adds expected tries, the items to prepare and the estimated cost. The planner runs in your browser and never connects to, reads or controls the game client.

3. Accounts

You can use the planner without an account. Signing in with Google lets you keep your crafts in your account and buy Pro. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Pro, payments and renewals

Pro is sold as a subscription, billed every month or every three months (quarterly). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

A subscription renews at the end of each billing period (every month, or every three months for quarterly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

A Pro subscription is for one person. Your account can be signed in on up to two devices at the same time; signing in on another device signs out the one used least recently, and signing in on many new devices within a few days pauses new sign-ins for 24 hours. Sharing an account with other people is not allowed and may lead to the account being suspended without a refund.

5. Accuracy of results

Odds, tries and costs are estimates based on community-measured mod weights and market prices that change over time. They can be wrong or out of date. Do not rely on them as a guarantee of any in-game result.

6. Your crafts

Crafts you create remain yours. By saving or sharing a craft you allow us to store it and show it to people you share the link with.

7. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no automated scraping, and no use that breaks the law or the rights of others. Use the service through a regular web browser; bots, scripts and other automated access need our written permission.

8. Intellectual property

The software, design and calculation engine of Craft Simulation belong to Vinh Nguyen. You may not copy, mirror, scrape, decompile or reverse-engineer them, resell access to them, or use them to build a competing service. Data from third parties keeps its own license, noted at the bottom of each page.

9. Path of Exile and Grinding Gear Games

This product isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Grinding Gear Games in any way. Path of Exile and related names are trademarks of Grinding Gear Games.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including in-game currency or items spent following a plan.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
