Refund Policy

Pro is a subscription you can cancel at any time. Payments are non-refundable: we don't give refunds or credit for time you have already paid for, unless the law requires it.

Cancelling

Cancel any time in Settings ▸ Plan & billing ▸ Cancel plan, or from the link in your Paddle receipt. You won't be charged again, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for — a month, or three months on the quarterly plan.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer law. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles refund requests under its Buyer Terms and the law. Questions: support@craftsimulation.com.
