Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your crafts. The diagrams you save, autosave or share.
• Account details, only if you sign in with Google: your email address, name and profile picture.
• Cookies. One cookie that keeps your crafts tied to your browser before you sign in, and one that keeps you signed in. On the free plan, our advertising partner Google may also set cookies — see Advertising below.
• Purchases. Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We receive your plan and its dates; we never see your card details.
• Technical logs our server needs to run and stay secure, such as IP addresses and error reports.

Why we use it

To run the planner, keep your crafts, give you the plan you paid for, answer support requests, and keep the service secure.

Who we share it with

Paddle (payments), Google (sign-in, and ads on the free plan), Cloudflare (network security and email) and the company that hosts our server. We do not sell personal data.

Advertising

The free plan may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent first and can change their choice at any time from the privacy and cookie settings link on the page. You can see how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.

Pro subscribers see no ads: no advertising code is loaded for them.

How long we keep it

Your crafts and account stay until you delete them or delete your account (Settings ▸ Account). Crafts drawn without an account are deleted 12 months after they were last changed. Deleted data leaves our backups within 14 days. Payment records are kept by Paddle as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to receive a copy of it. Email support@craftsimulation.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Children

The service is not meant for children under 13.

We will update this page and its date when this policy changes.
